What happens when you throw money at a problem

Posted on: January 26th, 2026 in Mindset by Mesiti | 4 Comments

The government tends to throw money each time there’s a problem.

But throwing money at problems comes at a massive cost.

You might have experienced the same scenario. You throw money towards a problem you have, to make it throw away.

And in the moment it feels like relief but later you realise you didn’t solve the problem, you just paid to delay it.

So if you’re currently facing a problem, in today’s motivational message I share another, more effective approach.

  1. Robyn Watson says:

Yes, I totally agree! The government is more likely to grant our tax dollars on lost causes like “Climate change”, or “Hate Speech” laws etc. that do nothing whatsoever toward changing real hatred issues, especially toward Israelis and Christians! It’s depressing, not to mention robbing us of our God-given freedoms etc. I’m praying for this government to be judged and toppled this year – soon!

  2. Peter M says:

    So True Pat
Australia is lacking skilled workers in this country way too much assistance in the wrong area Instead incentivize women to work by paying childcare not penalizing them for working

  3. peter says:

Your dead right the government are very very poor money managers and why is that because they get it handed to them on a plate from everyone’s tax etc
they have not had to earn it and be accountable they are blithering knuckle heads our treasurer really does not know, just he has plenty to spend and keep everyone broke
    thanks Pat
I guess you really should be in government but I would not think you would like that hey

  4. Rosie Brown says:

You are absolutely correct Pat. Our country is haemorrhaging to death, because of our governments’ lack of respect for our hard earned money.
Giving our taxes to the govt is like owning a boat – throwing money into a hole in the ocean, with no chance of retrieval.

May God forgive our government for their party attitude regarding Australia’s wealth. Instead of being leaders of the modern world, we are fast joining the numbers of 3rd world countries. Our government may think they are smart, but they are dumber than a first grader, who hasn’t yet learned anything whatsoever about money.

Thank God that they have no control over this universe in which we live!
