When you stop moving, it’s easy to become stuck.
And that doesn’t just apply to your body—it applies to your entire life.
Movement creates energy. Energy creates momentum. And momentum creates progress.
You don’t have to make massive changes overnight. Sometimes you simply need to start moving in the right direction.
In this Motivational Monday, I share why movement is so important and how creating consistent action can build momentum in your health, career, relationships and life.

Need to get my money mindset moving…
So true! When my mother first moved into a retirement home she was quite happy for the nurses to wheel her around in a wheelchair, even though she was able to walk. She later regretted that decision because she became dependent. My dear mum passed away 2 years ago at age 98, but she never attained to the years of my grandmother, who stayed active and lived to be 104.
Hi Rowena, What a beautiful reminder of the importance of staying active and independent for as long as we can.
