Tip #2. Write down what your dreams are, and what makes you passionate. This will be the first step to make them come to life. Be very specific and write them down in great detail so that you can visualize and imagine every detail.
Tip #3. Plan out where you go from here. What do you need to do next? You are excited about life again, and you have an end goal in life. Now you need to write down a plan to get there. Take the excitement you have and channel it into writing down every step you need to achieve to regain your dream life. Be open-minded, and be prepared to have to work hard on creating an exhaustive list. Breaking down a big task into smaller goals is the best way to start achieving it.
Tip #4. Take Action. Start with the first thing on that list and then go from that to the next one. Tick each item off one by one. Don’t get distracted. Your passion will fuel you through the tough times. Be prepared to work hard on getting to your final goal. You will eventually get there if you work hard!
