Great question! While self-compassion and mindfulness are essential, adding gratitude can indeed enhance our well-being. Gratitude helps us focus on the positives in our lives, fostering a more positive mindset. So, in addition to self-compassion, embracing gratitude can be a powerful tool for personal growth and happiness. 😊🙏🌟
