What I really think about gratitude

Posted on: February 5th, 2024 in Mindset by Pat Mesiti | 8 Comments

There’s a lot of talk these days about gratitude.

And in my opinion, there’s a lot of mumbo jumbo about it.

I personally believe that gratitude should be expressed, not just acknowledged.

This is why in today’s motivational Monday video, I share how to leverage the power of gratitude so you can grow. I also share exactly how to express gratitude the right way so you can experience real, measurable results in your life.

  4. Marilyn Evans says:

Last year I placed a pad of Post It Notes next to a large jar.
    Each day I ..
    – wrote on a sheet, one thing I was grateful for that day
    – folded the note & placed it in the jar
At the end of each month I opened the notes that were in the jar & quietly thought about:
    – what they told me
    – how my life had been impacted
    – what changes I could make
    wonderful feedback !!
