Look around at the financial markets right now, everyone talking about gold & silver as if it were a new thing. people buying in now at $120, yes i think it will be well above $200 very soon. but those people scrambling to buy today are the same ones who laughed at us 4 years ago because we could see the patterns, and those who stuck to their guns have seen large gains.
Same as property. Pat knows i have been tempted to sell my house twice in the last 10 years, but it would have been at a loss. now in the last 2 years it has doubled in value. Having faith in your decisions, whatever they are will see you through to the beneficial end.
