Wow look at the huge impact one litle word “No” can have on our lives, negative or positive.
If you can’t say “No” to something then your “Yes” is never a true Yes!
As a younger person, I always thought I needed to comply with all the requests asked of me, even if it didn’t leave me in a good position with for example my family, studies and etc.
I have become better at saying things like give me some time to think about it and no, other times.
It’s a great reminder, A ‘no’ for now that can still change to a yes later ????
Keep rockin’ that “no” when you need to, and always remember that you have the power to shape your own destiny. Trust yourself, stay focused, and never be afraid to put yourself first.
Great life lesson .
Wish i had learned to say no more often when i was younger .

Great lesson. I was a people pleaser so often, but now I am empowering myself and taking time to think before I respond. Thanks Pat.
