You’ve got to get moving.
When you don’t move your body, it starts hurting.
When you don’t ‘move’ your brain, it starts stagnating.
After all, you can’t steer a parked car.
So in today’s motivational video, I share the importance of movement to build momentum in many aspects of your life.

What am I not moving?
I am not following through diligently on an exercise regine I put in place and need to get back to it- Today.
Hi Glen, Thank you for your honesty — recognizing it is the first step! It sounds like the key is consistency and following through on the routine you’ve set for yourself.
Start small today and commit to one step — sometimes momentum builds simply by showing up, even if it’s not perfect. The important thing is to get moving and keep going. You’ve got this! Pat

Hi Margaret, Thank you for sharing your story with me. I can’t imagine the amount of pain and challenges you’ve been through over the years — you’ve truly endured so much.
It’s inspiring to see how you’ve embraced patience, forgiveness, music, massage, therapy, and prayer as tools to navigate life’s difficulties. Those practices are powerful ways to heal and grow, even in the face of such hardships.
Keep holding onto these life lessons and the strength you’ve shown. Your resilience is remarkable, and I truly admire your courage.
With warmth and respect,
Pat
